SAN DIEGO (NEWS 8) - There are few desserts that are better than a good old-fashioned cake.
Author and baker, Jill O’Connor recently wrote a book called Cake, I Love You which she calls her “unapologetic love letter to cake, in all its sweet, gorgeous, and celebratory glory.”
The book offers foolproof cake-making advice for beginning bakers all the way to master mixers. It includes 50 incredible recipes that you are sure to enjoy. Some of the recipes include, Chocolate-Dipped Strawberry Layer Cake, Vintage Coconut Cake and Blood Orange-Ricotta Pound Cake with Spiced Blood Orange Compote.
