On October 25th, 2018, the crew of Ornella Fado, was filming a new episode of “Brindiamo! To A Tasteful Apulia Region” from one of the finest Italian restaurant in New York City, La Masseria Dei Vini, featuring four fantastic chefs from the region of Apulia.
Executive Chef Pino Coladonato from La Masseria Dei Vini, Executive chef Alessandro Pendinelli, from Al Vicoletto, Executive chef Max Convertini from Cardoncello DiVino and pastry chef Mauro Abignente at Al Vicoletto.
The show is entirely dedicated to Puglia and its flavorsome grapes and traditional recipes using typical and autochthonous wines from this amazing region of Italy.
