Seniors Vs. Teens In Wii Bowling Competition

Posted: Updated:

The Nintendo Wii has proven to be a great way to motivate couch potatoes to exercise. In L.A., some seniors kept their resolution for the New Year by challenging teenagers to a high-tech fitness competition.

It was 8 teens versus 8 seniors in Lakewood Tuesday night for a bowling face-off.

"Getting healthy, having fun, meeting people and just loving life," one senior said.

The teenagers walked away defeated. The senior citizen team took the title.
