A pedestrian was hit and killed Tuesday night in the 3100 block of Main Street in Chula Vista.
Seventy-five-year-old Ronald Seiler was crossing at the intersection of Main and Third when he was hit. He died at UCSD Medical Center.
The driver was taken into custody. He's identified as 45-year-old Peter Dicesare and is charged with DUI and drug possession.
Bail is set at $150,000.
