The family of a missing Escondido girl is turning to the Internet to help in the search.
Family members have set up a Web site with pictures and contact information for Amber Dubois.
Her father says the 14-year-old was last seen shortly after 7 a.m. Friday while walking to Escondido High School. Maurice Dubois says his daughter is very structured and it isn't like her to be absent.
He also says a report of a possible sighting of his daughter Saturday in downtown Escondido is now considered unreliable.
Amber is described as 5'3" tall, weighing 140 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing dark clothing.
Anyone with information about where she might be is asked to call Escondido Police at 760-839-4722.
