Jury Yet To Decide Fate Of Man Once Acquitted Of Murder

Posted: Updated:

Jury deliberations continue in the re-trial of a man acquitted of murder. Bob Orlosky is now facing an involuntary manslaughter charge.

In his first trial, a jury found him not guilty in the 2006 shooting death of 23-year-old Charles Crowe, who Orlosky says was stealing copper from his property in Jamul.

The victim's friends say Crowe was investigating real estate and wasn't on the property to steal anything at the time of the shooting.
