A dozen shucked oysters

For the Champagne Strawberry Mignonette:
ΒΌ cup champagne vinegar
2 tbsp strawberries finely diced
1 each small shallot finely diced


Mix the the champagne vnegar, stawberries and shallots together and poor a little bit on top of each shucked oyster and enjoy.
