SANTEE (CBS 8) - Opponents of a proposed power plant near Mission Trails Park plan on making their voices heard at Wednesday's Santee City Council meeting.
The natural gas plant would be built in San Diego city limits, but Santee residents say they would be the ones that would feel the negative impact.
