San Diego International Auto Show takes over at the Convention Center

The Auto Show will run from January 1-5 at the Convention Center.

SAN DIEGO — Are you in the market for a new car or are you just a gearhead who loves seeing all the new technology in cars? The San Diego Convention Center is the place for you over the next few days as the San Diego International Auto Show takes over.

Visitors will not only be able to see all the new concept cars by different manufacturers, but they will also be able to test drive cars themselves. Cars from Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Nissan, Subaru and Toyota will all be on-site to test out.

According to show organizers, 70% of attendees say they are "in the market to buy a new car" and 30% say they changed their mind on what they will buy after attending the show.

Shawn Styles toured the convention center on January 1 and was excited to see all of the new - and vintage - models.
