POWAY (CNS) - Seven Poway homes were burglarized in one month, and sheriff's investigators sought the public's help to identify and locate the suspects.
In each of the seven residential burglaries that took place between May 8 and June 6, the suspects entered through an unlocked window or door, according to detectives. They allegedly targeted jewelry, prescription medication, cash and computer equipment, authorities said.
The burglars hit homes on Old Station Road, Carnitas Street, Crestview Court, Calle Colina, Kalapana Street, Bridlewood Road and Schaler Drive, according to sheriff's officials and San Diego County Crime Stoppers. Six of the homes were within a four-square-mile area.
Each burglary occurred on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., with the highest probability between 10:30 a.m. and noon, according to investigators.
