VALENCIA (CBS 8) - The most anticipated roller coaster launch of 2015 is off and running at Six Flags Magic Mountain.

Six Flags initially invited CBS's Jeff Zevely to ride the new twisted Colossus, but he declined. Why?

Zevely developed an aversion to roller coasters when he was 15-years-old after eating too much and throwing up.

He has never been back since then, so he asked Tim Baldwin to ride the new Colossus.

The Twisted Colossus is now the largest hybrid coaster in the world, and it will open to the public on Saturday.
