SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A man who was caught in a physical confrontation on video after a driver cut him off Sunday, April 19 along Interstate 15, near Balboa Avenue, apologized Wednesday.

Omar Ramirez said his brother caught the fight on camera from the back seat of their vehicle. The recorded confrontation, which only lasts about 20 seconds, shows 20-year-old Ramirez punching another driver in the face because he cut him off on Interstate 15. Ramirez posted the alleged road rage incident, calling it "San Diego I-15 Freeway Road Rage Gone Bad."
