Eric Weddle is challenging you to get involved in his campaign against domestic violence. The goal is to make Hope Five viral similar to the ALS ice bucket challenge.

The main thought of the hope five challenge is to let every victim of domestic violence to know that there is a safe haven where they can go, for anything the they may need.

To create your own Hope Five:

1) List the charity: www.allianceforhope.com

2) Film yourself giving a "HOPE five" and you can be creative

3) Challenge and tag three friends to post a "HOPE five" video within 24 hours or give a donation.

4) Use the following hashtags:

#HOPEfive
#AFHfivechallenge
#Evolutionlighthouse

The HOPE five campaign is leading up to the Day of Hope taking place March 27.

To kick start the campaign, Brent Wilsey's Asset Management Office donated $1,000 to the cause.
