News 8 is giving away four (4) "Ka’anapali Dreamin" Maui Vacation Getaways for two persons – where you will experience genuine Aloha at Kaanapali Beach Hotel, “Hawaii’s Most Hawaiian Hotel,” located just steps from picturesque Ka’anapali Beach!  You’ll fly round-trip from San Diego on Alaska Airlines and spend 4-days/3-nights at the Ka’anapali Beach Hotel, including breakfast – plus a compact rental car, courtesy of the Ka’anapali Beach Resort Association.

Watch News 8 at 6 a.m. on CBS 8 or News 8 Morning Extra on The CW San Diego – weekday mornings starting Monday, February 3 through Thursday, February 27 for our “code words” of the day. Enter these unique daily code words below for a chance to win! Each code word must be entered on the day it is given. You may enter a code word(s) every day of the contest – for a total of 38 total entries, increasing your chances -- however only one correct code word is needed for a chance to win!

You must be 21 or older and a legal U.S. Resident of San Diego County to enter.  There is a maximum of 38 entries per person – if all News 8 and News 8 Morning Extra codes are correctly entered. One lucky winner will be randomly chosen from all eligible entries every Thursday afternoon during our contest window and announced during News 8 on Fridays (2/7, 2/14, 2/21 and 2/28). Please see the official rules for complete contest details, deadlines and eligibility.

At the Ka’anapali Beach Hotel -- relax and experience true Hawaiian hospitality, take part in daily cultural activities at Hale Hookipa, the cultural activities center, to learn how to hula, play the ukulele, or weave a unique souvenir!  Head out to the beach and join the guys at Hale Huakai, the ocean activities center, where you can sign up for lessons, rent cabanas, snorkel, SUP, or paddle in an outrigger canoe for a unique Hawaiian experience.  The kids will enjoy the Aloha Passport program, a fun and educational way for the entire family to discover the Hawaiian culture. When you’re hungry, stop by the Tiki Bar and Grill for some libations, burgers, poke, or a bowl or two.  Don’t miss the Sunday Champagne Brunch!  Ka’anapali Beach Hotel looks forward to welcoming you “home” as ohana.
