SAN DIEGO — If you need a good stress reliever, there's nothing quite like throwing an axe. Release your inner "bad axe" on Wednesday night, all to benefit the San Diego Coastal Rotary. The money will help teenagers grow their leadership skills. The three community programs are called Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA), Leadership, Ethics, Aspiration, Determination (LEAD) and Model United Nations (MUN).

Head over to Battle Axe San Diego at 6330 Riverdale Street on Wednesday, Nov. 6 from 6 -8 p.m.

Not only will your $35 donation help the next generation of leaders, but you'll score an hour and a half of axe-throwing, pizza and drinks. The best axe thrower will win a prize, who will most likely not be News 8's Jenny Milkowski. It's harder than it looks!

You can purchase a ticket on Eventbrite here.
