Seaport Village hosting 14th Annual Busker Fest this weekend

The Busker Fest will take over the Waterfront from noon to 6 p.m. on March 7-8.

SAN DIEGO — Do you know what a busker is? They are defined as a person or people who perform music or other entertainment in the street or another public place for monetary donations.

Jugglers, stiltwalkers, and musicians alike will be in Seaport Village this weekend for the 14th Annual Busker Fest. The free event this year will have plenty of new things to keep everyone busy!

  • Busker University Stage will host dance lessons, juggling classes, drumming circles, interactive puppet shows, yoga sessions, wire-walking, and a musical theatre performance!
  • Busker’s Slime Journeys is an immersive hero’s scavenger hunt featuring a series of sensory engagement stations and slime prize to take home.
  • EcoArts Creation Station will offer an immersive crafting activity using repurposed materials.
  • An America Ninja Warrior mini-obstacle course will pop-up at Seaport Village, courtesy of Kid Wonder. To conquer this dynamic obstacle course, participants will have to jump, swing and dodge to the finish line!

The event will run from noon to 6 p.m. on March 7-8. For more information or for a full schedule of events, click here.
