CORONADO, Calif. — Yoga is an incredibly great workout for people who are looking to up their fitness and flexibility and also for those just looking to chill out.
Local instructor Roxy Carter has done hundreds of yoga classes, and is also certified in yoga for warriors. This special type of yoga is great for those suffering from PTSD because it is a trauma sensitive yoga.
Carter has yoga classes every Monday night geared towards the military and veterans. On Memorial Day she will be hosting her class from 7 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the Coronado Yoga and Wellness Center.
