She survived sex trafficking. Now, the Oceanside community is coming together to end it.

All proceeds from this music and art festival go to support survivors of human trafficking.

OCEANSIDE, Calif. — When Romi Hancock was growing up, she was sold into sex trafficking. It took her years to escape, but not without two children before the age of 18 and years of trauma to work through. She went back to school despite only having a 7th-grade education. The Carlsbad woman is now a coach for anyone struggling in their life.
