Workplace workout with celebrity fitness trainer, Donovan Green

Donovan Green demonstrates fun, easy-to-do exercises for the workplace to help burn a few extra calories before you squeeze into a tight Halloween costume this year

Celebrity fitness trainer, founder of Chair Workouts, and author of No Excuses Fitness, Donovan Green, shows how to get an office workout using a chair within five minutes. These exercises include: 

  • Arm curl to shoulder press.
    It increases strength in your biceps and mid shoulders.
  • Tricep kick back to side raise.
    It tones and firms the back of your arms and mid shoulders while burning fat in trouble areas of the arm.
  • Chest press to leg lifts.
    It increases strength in your chest while improving mobility in your lower body.
  • Lateral step.
    It is excellent for developing strength in your glutes and outer thighs.
