SAN DIEGO — The San Diego Unified School District is heading to the courts to take action against the electronic cigarette giant, Juul.
The school district's board voted unanimously to file a lawsuit against the San Francisco-based company, whose critics say deceptive and insidious marketing practices to hook young users.
