POWAY, Calif. — Crews knocked down a structure fire in Poway which was reported the 14200 block of Eagle Mine Drive around 2:30 p.m.
Firefighters said the blaze started outside a duplex along a fence or a nearby shed. The fire made its way to the family room of one of the two units where no one was home.
The other unit was unaffected.
