Heavy winds in Racine County, Wisconsin caused a big scare Saturday at the Waterford Balloonfest.
Spectator video shows the moment when heavy winds blew two hot air balloons out of control.
Handlers scrambled to control and stabilize the balloons.
But then strong gusts swept away one of the balloons.
The balloon's pilot, Scott McClinton, said two of the tethers broke and a third was tied to a parked SUV, which was pulled by the strong winds and ended up slamming into some nearby tents.
The Racine County Sheriff's Office said one person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
