Try picking which San Diegan owns the cutest dog. In Wednesday's Zevely Zone, Jeff went to Rancho Bernardo to host the Larry Himmel Memorial Patriotic Pet Contest.
Larry Himmel hosted the pet contest five times. It is organized by the Rancho Bernardo Community Council.
