SAN YSIDRO (CNS) - A heavy-set man in a Spider-Man mask was armed with a handgun as he robbed a San Ysidro wireless store while his accomplice stood outside the business Saturday, San Diego police said.    

The two suspects walked up to the Cricket Wireless Store in the 300 block of West San Ysidro Boulevard about 11:05 a.m., police said. One entered the business and the other remained outside, police said.     

The suspect inside showed the butt of a handgun that was inside a from pocket of his sweatshirt to a store employee and demanded money, police said.    

The employee handed over an undisclosed amount and the pair headed west on foot on West San Ysidro Boulevard, police said. No vehicle was seen.    

No one was injured, police said.   

One suspect was described a 6-foot tall heavy-set Hispanic male in his 20s who wore a Spider-Man mask, light blue jeans and a gray sweatshirt with a white shirt underneath.    

The other suspect was described as a Hispanic male who wore a dark blue hooded sweatshirt.
