SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - The parents of a San Diego City College student murdered 15-years ago presented a student with a scholarship in their son's name on Wednesday.

Andrew Moore was murdered in his apartment on September 8, 2000, and his killer has never been caught.

Every year, Andrew's parents fly to San Diego from Pennsylvania to present a scholarship in memory of their son.

They said it was the only positive thing that has come from their son's death. "The positive thing is that some young person who may not find it very easy to finance their college education is helped by Andy's Scholarship," said ...

A $56,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the case.
