OCEAN BEACH (CBS 8) - A dog is safe after a suspected DUI accident in Ocean Beach.
It happened around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday at an Ocean Beach skate park in Robb Field.
The driver in a minivan went flying over a fence and crashed into a concrete pit. The driver is hospitalized with minor injuries.
The dog was taken to a shelter and is reportedly in good condition.
The van is still stuck. No word what charges the driver will face.
