SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - At least two people are in custody after a fight broke out near Lincoln High School Tuesday afternoon.

San Diego City School police say the fight involved two female students and about 100-onlookers. Police responded to the fight at 50th Street and Imperial Avenue at 3:00 p.m. Officers say some of the onlookers tried to intervene as they were breaking up the fight and had to use pepper spray to disperse the crowd.

A large stone was thrown through the back window of a school police SUV during the fight. A school police officer and at least one fight victim were treated by paramedics at the scene.
