SAN DIEGO (CNS) - San Diego police Monday searched for two men who robbed a Subway sandwich shop in Serra Mesa.
One of the men wielded boxcutters as he and his unarmed cohort robbed the shop at 3298 Greyling Drive about 8:20 p.m. Sunday, said San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros. Both fled eastbound with an undisclosed amount of cash, he said.
Police were searching for a white man in his 20s, about 6-foot and 175 pounds, last seen wearing a dark baseball cap, black and white jacket and jeans. Delimitros said the other thief's race was unknown but he was also a man in his 20s. He is about 5 feet 6, has a muscular build and wore a black bandana over his face, according to the officer.
