SAN DIEGO — By the afternoon hours on Easter Sunday, drier conditions will prevail as daytime highs remain near seasonal with the exception of the inland valleys.
SUNDAY MICRO CLIMATE HIGHS:
- Coast: near 64°, normal around 68°
- Inland: near 67°, normal around 76°
- Mountains: near 60°, normal around 62°
- Desert: near 84°, normal around 85°
After the area of low pressure exits the region Monday, a strong ridge of high pressure will build in over the West and push afternoon high temperatures up once again. Temperatures will be back near seasonal norms Monday, up to 10° - 15° above seasonal norms by midweek. The warming will continue through the end of the coming week.
