Toxic algae bloom blamed in dogs' deaths

Blooms of toxic blue-green algae have been blamed for the recent deaths of at least five dogs in three states. It's a microscopic bacteria found in waters nationwide. News 8's Heather Hope reports from Santee Lakes with what one vet says it means for pet owners in San Diego.
