Vista kids compete in 'Top Chef' style competition
Some young home cooks put their new skills to the test Friday in Vista. Students in the Garden and Nutrition Camp at the Bella Mente Academies spent the last few weeks learning the basics of cooking They can now do thinks like Julienne and saute. On Friday, they competed in a 'Top Chef' style cooking competition - preparing a frittata and salad with emulsified dressing.
