Julian Isaiah Gonzalez (31) is a local fugitive with an outstanding NO BAIL warrant for domestic violence. Additionally, Gonzalez has an outstanding $5000 misdemeanor warrant for driving under the influence. Gonzalez has prior convictions for battery, resisting arrest, driving under the influence, vandalism, domestic violence and battery on significant other/spouse. He is known to frequent East county, particularly Ramona.
