    With the arrival of the swine flu vaccine here in San Diego County, fears over catching the virus appear to be growing.  
    With the arrival of the swine flu vaccine here in San Diego County, fears over catching the virus appear to be growing. At a San Diego school where 100 kids stayed home today, many people appear to be reacting based on rumors that are circulating. 

Students are heading back to school at Oak Valley Middle School after fears of a swine flu outbreak.

Last week, more than 100 students stayed home with flu-like symptoms, and county health officials rushed to find out if it was the H1N1 virus.
