SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Three people were hospitalized Monday after a fire broke out in a University Heights home.
It happened on Campus Avenue near Madison Avenue. Fire crews quickly knocked down a possible rubbish fire.
Two police officers were taken to a hospital for smoke inhalation. A third person was found inside the home. A large pool of blood was also found outside.
There was no word on the third person's injuries.
