SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - The News 8 CrimeFighters are helping authorities in a countywide manhunt.
Julio Cesar Mendez, 21, is wanted for murder. San Diego police say on the evening of July 29, Mendez was involved in a fight that lead to the stabbing death of a man.
Mendez reportedly left the scene on foot shortly after the stabbing. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
He is a Hispanic male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 180 pounds with the number 32 and a spider tattooed on the left side of his neck and blue lips tattooed on his left cheek. He also has tattoos on his fingers.
