Lucky Chihuahua rescued from I-5 freeway near La Jolla

LA JOLLA (CBS 8) - A Chihuahua is lucky to be alive after being rescued from Interstate 5 near La Jolla.

People had been stopping on the freeway to try and rescue her for more than two weeks.

News 8's Steve Price files this video report with her amazing capture and the search for her owner.
