SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - She was choked, beaten, bound and held captive in the trunk of her own car without food or water for 26 hours. On Tuesday, 78-year-old Sandy Vinge and the officer who helped catch her suspects are offering advice about how to avoid becoming a victim of crime.
