Gluten-free, dairy-free pizza
Ingredients
1 Udi's gluten-free pizza crust
4 tablespoons pizza sauce
1 cup vegan mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni
Zucchini, slice into chips
Red bell pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Spread the pizza sauce over the crust and cover with cheese
3. Add toppings to the pizza
4. Cook for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown
