SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A 2-month-old boy was found unresponsive and not breathing at an Ocean Crest daycare center Wednesday and died a short time later at a hospital.
Emergency personnel were dispatched to the 4800 block of Sea Coral Drive shortly after 12:30 p.m., according to San Diego police.
Medics took the baby to Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, SDPD public-affairs Officer Matt Tortorella said.
It was determined later Wednesday that the baby died of natural causes. No arrests were made.
