Dog kicker ordered to pay $100,000 fine

A CEO caught on camera kicking a dog in a Vancouver elevator is now facing consequences.

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A CEO caught on camera kicking a dog in a Vancouver elevator is now facing consequences.

Centerplate, the company that operates concessions at Qualcomm Stadium and the San Diego Convention Center, has placed Desmond Hague on indefinite probation.

He will also serve 1,000 hours of community service for an organization that protects animals and personally donate $100,000 to create the Sade Foundation -- named for the dog --which will support the protection and safety of animals in Vancouver.

Centerplate will also contribute a portion of their sales to the Sade Foundation.

The dog is now in the hands of rescuers.
