SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A boy injured in a crash this past summer is going home for a special holiday party thanks to a ride donated by a private ambulance service.
Jacob Parker was hit by an SUV in Santee in July and has been recovering at Helen Bernardy Center for Medically Fragile Children.
On Sunday he was able to be home and attend a party with his family and friends in Oak Park thanks to a ride home from “American Medical Response.
