SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - This is the first year the Midway Central Post Office will be closed on tax day.
When the USPS restructured it closed the processing facility and the only distribution center in San Diego is Margaret L. Sellers Processing and Distribution Center in Carmel Mountain Ranch.

The Carmel Mountain Ranch distribution center is located at 11251 Rancho Carmel Drive and will be open to collect tax returns until 11:59 p.m.
