SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Thousands of people were expected to take advantage of the three day weekend by heading to the beach, but it wasn't exactly warm and sunny this Memorial Day in San Diego.
Gloomy skies, a chilly wind and rough surf greeted beachgoers on Monday.
