SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - CBS News 8's Jeff Zevely's American Idol dreams came true on Tuesday when Idol winner Nick Fradiani visited the KFMB studios.
Nick was at the KFMB studios for 100.7 Jack FM's VIP Series.
Nick sang his new single, Beautiful Life for the first time in San Diego, and he talked about winning American Idol.
Nick was the American Idol contestant Jeff rooted for until the confetti fell.
He is in town for his American Idol Live Tour.
During the 100.7 Jack Fm's VIP Series, which is sponsored by San Diego County Honda Dealers, Nick played three songs.
Nick's first album is expected to come out early next year.
He is scheduled to perform at Humphries by the Bay on Tuesday night.
