CHULA VISTA (CNS) - A bicyclist was struck by a big rig on a freeway onramp in Chula Vista Wednesday morning.
It was not immediately clear how badly the rider was injured in the crash, which was reported on the onramp from Main Street to southbound Interstate 805 around 8:15 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
The onramp was subsequently closed and a SigAlert was issued.
