George Jesus Quitachay, 45, is wanted by state parole agents for violating the terms of his release. His criminal history includes robbery, grand theft, assault with a deadly weapon and more.
Quitachay is 5 feet, 10 inches, 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He's known to frequent La Mesa.
