SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) – The case of the missing pregnant Marine wife is on the cover of People magazine.

The cover reads "Mystery of the Marine's Wife - Pregnant and Missing… Did a military love triangle lead to tragedy?"

Inside the magazine you'll find insets and pictures of Erin and her Marine husband Jonathan, and also a picture with his mother and Christopher Lee, the couple's married neighbor who allegedly was the father of Erin's unborn baby. She was two months pregnant.

Erin's brother Keith Heavilin told People he's not concerned with allegations.

"We want to find Erin. We love her. We care about her," he said.

On June 28, Erin didn't come back from Joshua Tree National Park. Her husband reported her missing the next day. They lived on base in Twentynine Palms. A few days later, detectives found Erin's blue Toyota Corolla not far from the base abandoned in the desert.

The magazine writes about how CBS News 8 talked to a witness who thought he saw a woman resembling Erin get in a car where her car was found.

Erin's family is now back in Tennessee.

"Hopefully she's somewhere alive, and can come walking through the door tomorrow," Heavilin said.

People also interviewed the horse ranch owner where the Lees were temporarily bunking. He was honorably discharged and is back home in Alaska.

Despite damning information the owner shared with detectives noted in an affidavit, she doesn't believe the Lees are involved Erin's disappearance.

Christopher Lee was arrested shortly after Erin's disappearance for having a destructive device -- in this case, a potato gun. Detectives say it is unrelated to Erin's case.

Erin's husband is on leave during the investigation.
