SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Saturday marks the return of HarborFest in Chula Vista.
This FREE all-ages celebration is taking place on Saturday, August 20th, 2016 from 10 am to 6 pm in beautiful Bayside Park at the Chula Vista Marina.
The festival will feature three stages of live entertainment and music, the Tacos and Spirits Revolution - a street taco and spirit competition - craft beer and Baja wine tasting, an extreme sports area, a pet parade, a classic car expo, an art walk, and much more.
