SAN DIEGO — A driver slammed into a telephone pole around 11 a.m. on 73rd and El Cajon Boulevard in Rolando. When police arrived, they discovered the driver had been shot in the chest. At this time, San Diego Police have not announced the name of any suspect.
The 35-year-old man has been tentatively identified, although his name is not being released at this time pending family notification.
