SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Hundreds gathered Sunday at the Chula Vista Bayfront to celebrate San Diego's historic past and highlight the region's Native American heritage.
The Soaring Eagles and South Bayfront artists put on the 4th annual South Bayfront Pow Wow in order to experience a traditional Native American pow wow, where people dance, sing, and socialize.
The free educational and cultural event also provided attendees with a chance to view Native American arts and crafts and try authentic foods.
